Director
Porto Leone Consulting, LLC (“PLC”) is seeking a qualified Director to join our Business Valuation practice. Our business valuation team performs valuations for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, management planning, financial reporting, and litigation support. This candidate must have a demonstrated ability to generate sales, lead and develop staff, and manage a variety of complex engagements. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting plus 8 to 10 years of experience working with an accounting or valuation firm is required. A masters degree, ASA, and/or CFA designations a plus.
